2020              Obtained a licence (Proof of Experience) "Ervaringsbewijs" as Trainer / Instructor-Teacher for Companies and Organisations


2018               Broke my wrist on the 4th of February and was "out" on sick leave for 6 months.

2016-2017    Worked via Recrewtment interim with 24Plus at the Helpdesk of the KBC Online Banking.
                       We learn to work with all the applications of the bank on all sorts of apparatusses and solve all the possible technical problems the
                       customers might encounter using them.

 

2016               Followed a full time VADB course to become a "Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst" (Back office Employee), were we
                        learned burotics, languages, sales, marketing and administrative tasks.  From
23 May til 10 October 2016

 

​​​2014-2015      Owner of “All Well Spirited” practice specialised in complementary healt care

                         Prospection, maintaining customer contacts, marketing, running the practice/cabinet.

​

2013-2014     Sabatical to figure out what I wanted (opening my own cabinet in complimentary care) and studying the necessary courses and skills

                        required to run my own business such as Business Management, Wellness Management, hand reflexology, and within the TCM

                        (Traditional Chinese Medicine), I learned, the "Oriental facial diagnosis", the knowledge of the meridians and the influence of food

                        on the organs, energy treatment, meditation and trance travel.

 

2010-2013      Teleoperator with OCC 24+ (Outbound Contact centre of KBC bank)

                         Outbound calls; arranging meetings with customers and conducting surveys.

2009               Supporting employee with International Claim-adjusters AVUS Automotive

                         Temporarily contract to solve their backlog. File management, maintaining phone contacts with garages an insurers.

                         Keeping lists of fees, dealing with correspondence and welcoming visitors.

2007-2008     Office Management employee with the Bank of India. Assistance to the full start-up of their 1st branch office in Belgium

                          located in the Diamond Trade Centre. Money transfers from Hong Kong to New York, correspondence and translations,

                          managing invoices, follow up of suppliers, and hiring new personnel.

2003-2007     Functionary at the Registry of the Court of Commerce – under the Federal Gov't of Justice

                          Delivering proof of non-bankruptcy, answering phone enquiries, file sightings, research, file management, correspondence,

                          prepare court sessions, address customers on the phone and at the counter.  Train colleagues to work with Office/Word.

1996-2001      Phone operator with SNT (former: Marien & Gybels, presently IPG)

                         Got trained during a six weeks internship at Klingel in the Netherlands (Capelle a/d IJsel near Rotterdam) before starting at the

                         Belgium office where I worked at the Customer service and the Sales dept under the surveillance of Mrs Conny

                         Voesenek and the late Mrs Rita Geldhof. After a couple of months I was allowed to train new recruits and do the follow up.

                         I also worked at the Data-Entry department to deduplicate addresses.  Next to this I worked at a variation of inbound tasks,

                         taking orders, giving customer service, and operating helpdesks for many other customers of Marien & Gybels. Among others;

                         Base, Corona Insurances, Global Calling Card, an information desk for the government and many others.

​

1982-1990      Employee / Receptionist with  Anglo-Belge Insurance brokers

                         Administration; production of policies, specialisation of diamond insurance.

                         Operating the switchboard, receiving customers, handling correspondence,

                         delivering airfreight policies in the Diamond Trade Centre.

​

VOLUNTARY WORK:

1) Integration-coach to help New Belgians integrate, help them with their Flemish and explore our Belgian culture.
     Stopped 30th June 2019.

​

2) Community work in Berchem, since 2015 where all citizens help eachother in a moneyless trade system. I organized a Handicraft group,
     some guided walks and in Februari 2020 we plan to start a Qi Gong Group also under my guidance.

​

VARIOUS

Seek parttime work (20 to 25hrs  p/week) but am flexible and accept occasional fulltime work. Hours can be discussed.

​

Prepared to learn through Professional internship (IBO).
